TVB JSG Annual Awards Presentation Ceremony

These exclusive pictures of Michelle Yeoh and Anita Mui are from Hong Kong's 1992 JSG Best 10 Awards Presentation Ceremony. Started in the 70s, the TVB JSG (Jade Solid Gold) Annual Awards are one of the most significant awards in the Hong Kong music industry. After receiving so many JSG awards including the Most Popular Female Singer for four consecutive years, Anita decided to withdraw herself from the JSG awards in order to give more chances for other performers. The 1992 award ceremony was her first appearance after she withdrew. Anita was given a special Honorary Award for her contributions to the Hong Kong music industry.

1992 was also the year when Michelle just came out from her four year "retirement". She was invited as an award presenter.
